Return Process

  Log into your City Home account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a curbside pickup for larger furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
